Application & Digital Engagement Manager (80-100%) 

Location Academia Group Switzerland AG, Basel and Zürich with the possibility for remote work. 
Start Date Immediate 

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for managing and continuously optimizing the entire software landscape of Academia Group, especially its key applications "All4Schools," "Bromcom," "Neo LMS," and custom software. 
  • Analyzing and standardizing requirements, configuration, and implementation of software modules to improve user experience and efficiency. 
  • Leading projects to further develop our software products, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Supporting users, and developing and conducting training programs to enhance our users' competence in using our solutions.

 

Requirements 

  • Strong IT affinity and a comprehensive understanding of managing complex software solutions. 
  • Experience in project, people, and change management. 
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and understandably. 
  • English proficiency is required; knowledge of German is an additional advantage. 
  • Ideally, experience in the education industry to understand the specific requirements of our target group.
