Application & Digital Engagement Manager (80-100%)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and continuously optimizing the entire software landscape of Academia Group, especially its key applications "All4Schools," "Bromcom," "Neo LMS," and custom software.
- Analyzing and standardizing requirements, configuration, and implementation of software modules to improve user experience and efficiency.
- Leading projects to further develop our software products, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting users, and developing and conducting training programs to enhance our users' competence in using our solutions.
Requirements
- Strong IT affinity and a comprehensive understanding of managing complex software solutions.
- Experience in project, people, and change management.
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and understandably.
- English proficiency is required; knowledge of German is an additional advantage.
- Ideally, experience in the education industry to understand the specific requirements of our target group.
