Professional Development
STAFF DEVELOPMENT
The Swiss Group of International Schools actively supports the continuous improvement of its member schools by creating opportunities for collaboration and connection.
SGIS Facilitates professional development opportunities within Switzerland and assists professional groups working together for their mutual benefit. We provide development opportunities not locally available and to groups of professionals and often overlooked in traditional training budgets.

SGIS creates these opportunities in two ways:
Our Annual Conference
Held in March each year at one of our member schools in Switzerland, this is a unique opportunity for tour members to come together for connection and learning.
Collaborative Learning Groups
The Collaborative Learning Groups have been developed to deliver the mission of SGIS, they actively support the continuous improvement of member schools by creating opportunities for collaboration and connection.
