ABOUT THE POSITION
For our Secondary School, we are seeking to appoint an experienced, passionate, and self-motivated Teacher of English 80% (IB Middle Years Programme). A temporary maternity cover from 1 August 2025 - 31 December 2025
The appointee will teach English A from Year 7 to Year 11 in the IB Middle Years Programme. The department guides mixed-prior achievement students to excellent academic results. All staff are expected to teach the full range of students and courses. Most teachers at ISL are homeroom teachers, contribute to the school’s service learning programme and undertake one or two weekly supervision duties. Whilst the position is 80%, time in school will likely be spread over five days.
