The International School of Zug & Luzern will host this daylong choral festival on 2 May 2025, which is returning after a six-year hiatus. Last held in Basel in 2019, the event will also feature choirs from International School Basel and the Inter-Community School Zürich.
The aims of SongFest are to share our internationalism through music and song, to experience the joy of singing as part of a large choral group, and to expose our students to a variety of teaching styles and techniques from the participating choir directors. In addition to singing their own repertoire, all seven participating choirs will perform two communal songs as a massed ensemble. It promises to be a joyous and uplifting event!
