ABOUT THE POSITION
General Description
The Middle School Design teacher is responsible for fostering a passion for Design among students throughout the Middle School and for working collaboratively with the Design team to develop engaging and inspirational learning experiences. The MYP Design teacher teaches the subject across Grades 6 to 8, working with students with a diverse range of talents and abilities. The MS MYP design curriculum includes product and digital design and the design teacher has knowledge and understanding of utilising a wide variety of tools to support the work (including laser cutters, 3D printers, general hand tools etc). In addition, all Middle School teachers participate in our student Personal Development Programme as Homeroom, PSHE and Service teachers. This is a 100% role.
